To avoid renewal, cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the next billing date.
If an order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
6.3 Promotional or Introductory Pricing

Such pricing may apply only to the initial billing cycle.
If a subscription purchased under promotional pricing is canceled shortly after purchase and a refund is requested, we may adjust the refundable amount to reflect the standard one-time purchase price.
This adjustment will not exceed the difference between the promotional and standard price.
No penalties or additional fees are applied.
