This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from OSOM Health, operated by MB GUD LIFE (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) via www.beosom.com.
By placing an order, you agree to this Policy and our Terms of Service.
1. 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date your order is marked as delivered.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days so we can review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.
Each request is assessed individually and fairly.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused or substantially unused
• The item must be in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
For consumable products (including supplements and teas):
Due to health and safety regulations, we may request additional information before approving a return. In some cases, a refund may be issued without requiring the product to be returned.
Products that are clearly misused, intentionally damaged, or altered may not be eligible for refund.

Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.
5. SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
Subscription orders renew automatically at the selected interval unless canceled.
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing date through their account portal or by contacting support.
To avoid renewal, cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing date.
Subscription Refunds
• The first subscription order may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of delivery.
• Recurring subscription shipments are reviewed individually.
• If an order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
We aim to resolve subscription concerns fairly and transparently.
6. PROMOTIONAL OR DISCOUNTED SUBSCRIPTIONS
Some subscriptions may include introductory or promotional pricing.
If a subscription purchased under promotional pricing is canceled shortly after purchase and a refund is requested, we may adjust the refundable amount to reflect the standard one-time purchase price of the product.
This adjustment will never exceed the difference between the promotional and regular price.
7. EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
To qualify:
• The product must be unopened
• The product must be in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• Opened consumable products
• Hygiene-sensitive goods once unsealed
• Digital content once access has begun

8. REFUND PROCESSING
Once your return is approved:
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing time: up to 10 business days
• Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or if the return is due to our error.

9. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, incorrect item):
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
10. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
We are not responsible for refunds or reshipments if:
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping details were provided at checkout
• The package was delivered according to the provided address
11. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (IF APPLICABLE)
For digital products:
• Refunds are not available once access has been granted
• Except where required by law or if the content is faulty or not as described
By purchasing digital content, you agree that performance may begin immediately and acknowledge that your statutory withdrawal right may be waived where legally permitted.
