PURCHASE OPTIONS & SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY

This Purchase Options & Subscription Cancellation Policy explains how subscription purchases and cancellations work for OSOM Health, operated by MB GUD LIFE (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By selecting a subscription purchase option at checkout, you agree to this Policy, our Terms of Service, and our Refund & Return Policy.
1. PURCHASE OPTIONS
Certain products may be available as:
• One-time purchase
• Subscription purchase with automatic renewal
Subscription purchases renew automatically at the billing frequency selected at checkout unless canceled in accordance with this Policy.
The renewal frequency and price are clearly displayed at checkout before purchase.
2. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the selected interval (e.g., monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly) unless canceled before the next billing date.
Renewals are charged at the price displayed at the time of renewal.
3. HOW TO CANCEL
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
• Logging into your customer account on our website, or
• Contacting support at info@beosom.com
To avoid the next recurring charge, cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the next scheduled billing date.
If cancellation is submitted after the renewal charge has been processed, it will apply to future billing cycles.
4. EFFECT OF CANCELLATION
Upon cancellation:
• No future recurring charges will occur
• The subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
• Orders already processed or shipped cannot be stopped
Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
5. PROMOTIONAL OR INTRODUCTORY PRICING
From time to time, we may offer promotional subscription pricing.
Such pricing may apply only to the initial billing cycle unless otherwise stated at checkout.
If a subscription purchased under promotional pricing is canceled and a refund is requested for the initial order, we may adjust the refundable amount to reflect the standard one-time purchase price.
This adjustment will not exceed the difference between the promotional price paid and the regular listed price.
No penalties or additional cancellation fees apply.
6. FAILED OR LATE CANCELLATION
Customers are responsible for managing their subscription status before renewal.
If cancellation is not completed before the renewal billing date, the renewal charge may still occur.
We encourage customers to review their subscription details and billing dates in their account dashboard.
7. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By selecting a subscription purchase option, you confirm that you:
• Understand that the subscription renews automatically
• Authorize recurring charges
• Understand how and when to cancel
• Have reviewed pricing and renewal terms at checkout
